Refund and Returns Policy

General Returns

All returns are managed by our Fulfillment partner Patch Operation.

Damaged or defective items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. You may also return damaged or defective items for credit back to your purchasing method, but please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply. If returning clothing items, please make sure all original tags are still intact. All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. Please contact us for an RMA#. Please mark the exterior of your box with the RMA#.

Warranty Returns

If you are returning an item due to a warranty issue, please contact us first. Many items under warranty will need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer. Once you contact us, we will notify you of how to handle the return.

Return Shipping Fees

All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. will not be responsible for any shipping fees on items being returned to us. For any additional questions about shipping, please contact us.
